Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order body butter or foaming sugar scrub, you are securing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory. Full payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be fulfilled and shipped once the product becomes available.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a full or partial refund. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.
