Because our products are made with mostly natural ingredients and minimal preservatives, we recommend storing them in acool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep lids tightly sealed, and avoid introducing water into jars to help extend shelf life and preserve product quality.
How long do your body care products last?
Our products are best used within 6–12 months of opening. They’re made in small batches with mostly natural ingredients, so proper care and storage make a big difference. If you notice any changes in texture, smell, or appearance, it’s best to discontinue use.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
We use skin-loving, mostly natural ingredients that are gentle and nourishing—but everyone’s skin is different. We always recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. For the most delicate skin, try our fragrance-free option.

Can I return or exchange skincare products?
Due to the personal nature of skincare and for hygiene reasons,we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery—we’ll be happy to make it right!
Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the product?
