  • Flat rate: $7.95
• Expedited Shipping:
  • Typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Rate: $12.95
• Free Shipping:
  • Available on orders over $75

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3-5 business.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier's site.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• Currently, we only ship within USA.
• Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

5. Delivery Issues

• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
  

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

• Due to the nauture of our products, all products sold and distribuated by Esseence of Skin are final sale and are not available for returns or exchanges.
